海南华研胶原科技股份有限公司（简称：华研公司，企业代码：80020）成立于2005年7月，是一家集产品研发、生产、销售为一体的国家级高新技术企业，注册资本2200万元，总部设在海南海口，目前公司拥有各种专利40余项，建立企业标准20余项，完整产品体系十余项，是国内最早从事水解胶原蛋白肽生产的企业（国内第一家获得鱼胶原蛋白肽生产许可的企业）。

华研公司近几年承接的国家、省市的研发项目共有11个，到目前已获得9项对应的技术研究阶段性或结题成果，转化率高达82%，年平均转化数达3项。公司的国家发明专利《高表达高比活皮蝇胶原酶突变体系列、毕赤酵母表达质粒的构建及菌株筛选和纯化方法》(专利授权号L201210141391.X)一项，使公司主营产品鱼胶原蛋白在原有专利技术的基础上，利用专利技术酶—皮蝇胶原酶，运用其特定切割天然胶原蛋白丙氨酸残基的氨基端肽键的特性，复合相应的蛋白酶酶解技术，控制酶解胶原蛋白的分子量，生产出特定分子量的胶原蛋白，在国际上与同行业竞争中处于领先地位。

2014年底华研公司在位于海口高新区美安科技新城投资近1亿元建设的鱼胶原蛋白肽产业化基地，里面包括2条年产1000吨鱼胶原蛋白肽生产线(总产量2000吨/年),6个终端产品生产车间，配套营销中心、研发中心（院士工作站）、污水处理站、冷库、员工配套生活区等。
